Behavioral Marketing

Behavioral marketing is simply the new generation of one-to-one targeting. It is marketing that is based on the online actions of consumers and their interests, rather than on who they are. Behavioral marketing assumes that the web pages a visitor clicks on, the terms they search for, and the navigation path they follow, indicates at least a presumptive interest in buying certain products.

Business Intelligence

Business intelligence (BI) is a broad category of applications and technologies for gathering, storing, analyzing, and providing access to data to help enterprise users make better business decisions.

RoiLogix does not provide software for business intelligence in the way that Cognos, Business Objects or others do. RoiLogix's marketing automation software does, however, provide critical data, and reporting tools for gaining better insights into the performance and effectiveness of a company's web site and e-commerce.

Content Managment

Content management is the process of managing web site content. A content management system (CMS) allows the content manager or author, who may not know Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), to manage the creation, modification, and removal of content from a Web site without needing the expertise of a Webmaster.

RoiLogix does not sell content management systems, in the way that Documentum, Vignette, Open Text or others. RoiLogix's marketing automation software does, however, provide the tools necessary to manage the content associated with personalized web campaigns. The content manager feature lets you manage campaign content that is presented to a visitor as a result of them qualifying for a business rule. Properties such as ad location, type, size, and target window (for visitors that click on the ad) are defined here. RoiLogix supports Shockwave, Flash, QuickTime, Real-Media, Mpeg video, banners (JPEG, GIF), or HTML ads.

Contextual Marketing

Contextual marketing targets visitors to a web site based on the context (their navigation path, search interests, etc.) of their visit. Contextual marketing converts visitors into buyers, by presenting them with content (ads, messages, offers) that aligns with their interests.

Email Marketing
